How is shipping handled?

All printing and shipping is handled by The Print Space in London. Prints will be shipped worldwide from their UK or Germany studios depending on your location.

How are prints packaged?

Prints are shipped in either a reinforced tube or crumble proof packaging to ensure safe delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Orders usually ship out within 72-hours of your purchase, and will usually arrive within 5-10 working days.

What payment options do you offer?

All payments are handled and protected by PayPal.

Am I able to return or exchange an order?

Straight refunds are not accepted as these are limited edition prints. However, if the print is damaged or the order is in some way defective, we will send a replacement print free of charge. You will just need to ship the print back to us and cover the shipping cost. If you would like a refund due to a damaged print, we will honour this. The print will first need to be inspected by The Print Space.
